How often does the status dashboard update?
The dashboard refreshes automatically after each administrative action. If you do not see a change, refresh your browser or log out and back in. Delays usually mean the file is still in review.
What should I do if my status page will not load?
Clear your browser cache and confirm you are using a supported browser. If the issue continues, contact administration directly and include your application reference number. That helps us identify the problem faster.
Can I track my emergency exit application the same way?
Yes. Emergency exit applications appear in the same dashboard with a distinct marker so you can spot them at a glance. The status timeline works identically for both annual leave and emergency requests.
Why is my submitted form missing from my status list?
A blank list usually means the form was not submitted successfully. Confirm you reached the confirmation screen and check your browser settings. If the issue persists, resubmit and contact administration for verification.
Who do I contact if my status seems incorrect?
Use the Contact Administration page for any status discrepancy. Include your application reference and the expected status. Administration will verify the file and correct any errors within the dashboard.
